  • Session 3: Visioning- What do you want for your next role or phase of work? (60mins)

    Start clarifying what you are aiming for and designing the life you want.

  • Session 4: Action - Turn ideas into a realistic plan (60mins)

    Create a focused action plan and reality-test possibilities.

  • Session 5: Momentum (60 mins)
    Reconnect within six months to review progress, refine goals, and strengthen your momentum.
