1. Coaching Sessions

Rescheduling allowed up to 24 hours before session. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are forfeited.

2. Digital Products

Non-refundable once delivered.

3. Group Programs & Workshops

Non-refundable unless cancelled by Birchler Consulting.

4. Coaching Packages

Unused sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.

5. If Birchler Consulting Cancels

A new session time will be offered.

6. Payment Disputes

Services may be paused until resolved.
