At Birchler Career Consulting, I support international professional women in Switzerland to return to work after a family or relocation break. I understand how overwhelming it can feel to start again — especially in a new country, with a limited network and language challenges. You don’t have to navigate this alone.
I am a certified career counsellor and Gallup Strengths Coach and a former senior corporate communications leader. I combine strengths-based coaching with practical career and personal branding strategies that work in the Swiss job market.

No! There are many jobs advertised in German or French but the company language is in English. It is valuable though to explain that you are trying to learn one of the local languages.
