Welcome to Birchler Consulting (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using www.birchlerconsulting.ch (“the Website”), booking any coaching sessions, or making payments through Stripe or any booking tool, you (“you”, “the client”, “the user”) agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Scope of Services

Birchler Consulting provides career coaching, personal branding consulting, Gallup Strengths coaching, workshops, and digital products.

2. Coaching Disclaimer

Coaching is not therapy, counselling, mental health treatment, financial advice, or legal advice. You are fully responsible for your decisions.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18+ and provide accurate information.

4. Booking, Scheduling & Session Policies

You may reschedule sessions up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are forfeited.

5. Payments

Payments via Stripe. All sales are final unless stated. Digital products are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials are copyrighted. Personal-use only.

7. Confidentiality

All sessions confidential unless risk of harm or legal requirement.

8. Client Responsibilities

Attend on time, engage openly, take ownership for results.

9. Technology & Communication

Client responsible for internet connection, emails, and links.

10. Limitation of Liability

No guarantees. Not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

11. Third-Party Tools

We are not responsible for external platforms.

12. Data Protection

Complies with Swiss and EU GDPR principles.

13. Termination

Services may be terminated for violations.

14. Governing Law

Swiss law; Canton of Zug jurisdiction.

15. Updates

Updates may occur; continued use implies acceptance.
